Role & responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager at Sand Martin plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by focusing on lead generation, business growth, SEO & SMO enhancement. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques for Sand Martin (a BPM / KPO organisation working with accountants globally and TPAs in the insurance sector).

Lead Generation and Reporting:
- Lead Generation, Client acquisitions & ROI of the BD initiatives.
- CRM Implementation across the organisation.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Customer Analysis & BI Reports.
- Identify emerging market trends, client needs, and business opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Devise and execute strategies to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and expand the company's client base.
SEO & SMO Enhancement:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance the company's online visibility, improve search rankings, and attract targeted traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and employ on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Formulate and execute brand building strategies to increase brand awareness and fortify the company's reputation in the industry.
- Create compelling and professional content for various marketing channels, such as the company website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and client feedback to uphold a positive brand image and strengthen client relationships.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Role reports to: CEO & also to the EVP.
- Manager + I/c.
- 7-13 years in an international service exports business (B2B - mandatory) or KPO.
- Prior Knowledge on CRM Solutions like MS Dynamics, Salesforce etc.
- Basic knowledge on AI Tools (including ChatGPT, Bard etc.) for Content Writing and CRM tools for sending mass emails and communications.
- Creating and editing spreadsheets and digital schedules for better collaboration and structuring of Marketing initiatives.
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
