- Provides sales support to OEM accounts and key accounts and to optimize all OEM Products and Services.
- Plans the strategy to establish and develop account relationships.
- Acts as focal point for problem resolution.
- Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of the customer& business strategy, past purchasing behavior, organization including decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition.
- Participates with other sales management in the development of sales strategies for accounts by understanding the customers current business and long term plans.
- Assists in the identification of new key accounts.
- Monitors competitor activity with each potential and existing account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
- Ensures the successful outcome of sales transactions, contracts and proposals.
- Communicates details in accordance with Regions supply, offering and strategy (delivery time,payments, and general terms and conditions).
- Ensures an efficient and effective planning of the OEM projects and determined key accounts.
- Coordinates the use of internal or external resources (e.g., technical, advertising, marketing) in order to provide value-added services to accounts.
- Leads the development and implementation of the account plan, including designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing the opportunities and identifying a target for each solution.
- Enters all relevant sales data and activity into appropriate databases.
- Initiates and anticipates new developments and solutions in the OEM industry and key accounts - effectively managing OEM customers.
- Responsible for determining and maintaining the OEM/Key accounts standard.
Candidate Requirement :-
BE / BTECH or Graduate + MBA
From - Auto / Auto component / Ancillary / White Goods / Glass / Large Electrical Goods / Lighting / Tyres / Bearing / Paints .
