We are hiring for Business Development Manager position for a leading IT product company based at Hyderabad. Responsibilities: - Analyze the landscape and stay on top of the latest industry trends. - Evaluate and present opportunities to management. - Open doors negotiate and close business deals. - Work on a wide range of partnerships, ranging from building scalable partner programs to highly negotiated deals. - Nurture and manage key relationships. - Negotiate business and technical terms with strategic partners. - Draft deal terms and redline contracts. - Present at trade events and conferences - Work closely with our Management, Technology, Marketing and Legal teams Qualifications - - MBA, ideally with a Tier 1 Institutes Masters Degree in Computer Science as well. - 5-10 years relevant experience in the tech industry (ideally in e-commerce). - Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring complex deals with a proven track record of deal negotiation and execution. - Strategic thinker capable of driving a partnership from concept to execution - Experience in product management or product marketing is a plus - Deep negotiation experience, including legal aspects. - Go-getter with the ability to work effectively with little supervision in a dynamic startup like environment. - Highly charismatic with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside of the organization. - Creative, resourceful, data-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn about new technologies. - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive project/deals at once in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
