Business Development Manager - IT Consulting / Staffing

- Identify and engage customers that utilize third-party IT consulting and staffing firms.

- Contact existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities for Cos service offerings (IT Staff Augmentation, Permanent Placement, and Permanent Placement)

- Build long term relationships and gain the trust of customers through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.

- Network, build and maintain relationships with customers IT Hiring Managers, IT Managers, C-Level, and HR Departments.

- Interact with customers to identify and document position requirements, interview follow-ups, etc.

- Prospect for new accounts utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and others

- Becomes an expert on Cos customers business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.

- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company.

- Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients.

Qualification And Experience:

1. 10+ years in account management / sales role within an IT Services company

2. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

3. Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

4. Extensive experience in LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools

5. Self-starter that takes action without being instructed

6. Strong time management, multi-tasking, follow-through and organizational skills.
