- To generate and follow up business leads, develop clientele and intelligent business proposals.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team
- Work closely with Marketing Managers, Sales Engineers and External partners and allies to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
- Manage product pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to marketing department.
- Manage and motivate the sales team and guide them towards achieving set targets
- Attend trade shows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities.
- Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary.
- Provide sales input for annual strategic planning process.
- Interface with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance.
- Experience in selling Hydraulic & Pneumatic seals, Industrial products
- Having fluent communication in English, Telugu and Hindi.
Qualification: DME/BE in Mechanical Engineering
Age: 35 - 45 Years
