The company is spearheaded by a dynamic team that brings to the table vast entrepreneurial and architectural experience with them from reputed organizations.

As the BD Manager, you will be responsible for new client acquisition, establishing relationships with the existing clients, and evaluating go-to-market opportunities.The other responsibilities will be as follows:

- Identifying and developing a network of architects, designers, and specifiers to generate leads

- Building relationships quickly and be able to educate architectural customers on existing and new product offerings while delivering product demonstrations

- Driving sales in the assigned territory of captive and virgin accounts, through structured account planning, incumbency plotting, and a comprehensive pursuit action plan

- Maintaining impeccable commit discipline and seasonality to achieve assigned business targets of booking, revenue, and profitability

- Growing the funnel and ensuring a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals

- Actively participating in client service delivery reviews to upsell/cross-sell

- Pitching business proposals to clients, negotiating and closing sales

- Creating weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance

- Following the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Candidate Profile :

- Demonstrable record of leading complex B2B sales/consultative sales

- 8-10 years of experience in transaction/advisory background from IPC, Interior Decoration sales, Corporate Training Sales and ERP Sales

- Highly networked with strong number orientation

- Hunger to stretch and outperform

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization

- Flexible for travel within India
