Top Account Management:
- Engaging with Private Brand team for key accounts
- Get Insight for customer/ consumer requirement
- Jointly define Portfolio/ Category strategy with them
- Get product development, testing done
- Deploy products through Private brand
- Manage regular engagement
Market research:
- Market & Retail Insights for On-Line/ Off-Line markets within India & Overseas
- Consumer Insight
Key competition insight - Product Development Strategy:
- Consumer insight
- Need space identification for new Product Development
- Competition Insight for current online/ offline products, to define benchmark products
- Define product development brief basis our insight and customer understanding
- Testing products through expert panel to create winning product - Business Development Strategy:
- Portfolio to play
- Category strategy
- Target Customers
- Customer Acquisition strategy
Educational details / Skill Sets :
- Bachelor's degree with Masters in Marketing management from reputed institute. Even Engineering Graduate will do, with good experience
- 5-8 years- experience in Private Brand FMCG Business/ consulting/ FMCG/ Investment banking etc.
- Person needs to be well versed in digital as well as traditional media
