Business Development Manager Nigeria - FMCG Foods - Focus on institutional sales / grow modern trade market for FMCG products, one position at Port Harcourt (Eastern Nigeria) and one position in Lagos (Southern Nigeria.) - She is required to create and grow the modern trade business in theassignedregion and associated territories in Nigeria and coordinate with the base teams at H.O. in order to gradually develop sales and distribution network across regions where currently we have low penetration. - Objective is to expand the base and increase the depth. She will need to strengthen the distributors / dealers network for Modern trade. - The role envisages understanding the biscuits, chocolates & snacks market end to end and and be the single point of sale for the group's FMCG products and boost sales in the assigned region and neighbouring territories. - This position will have the overall accountability to: - Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are set, mutually agreed and met. - Ensure that the company's products penetrate each corner of the concerned region in Nigeria market in a big way in a one-year time span. - Monitor and drive the sales and distribution in the region with a matrix responsibility with the sales team. - To train and develop local BD staff in each potential city in the Region. - Graduate with MBA in Sales / marketing. - She should have at least 3 to 5 years of FMCG Sales and Business Development Experience in a Metro city environment in India. - Nigerian/Africa/OtherInternational experience will be an advantage - This is a single status position and no family visa or related benefits. Apart from a tax free offshore salary of USD 1,500-2,000 per month, the position also offers an adequate local salary, furnished accommodation and transport facilities. Annual paid leave to home country with air fare.
