Role Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You- ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target.

The BDM will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their problems and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales

- Strategize with top-producing sales managers

- Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

- Focus on key revenue vectors and business objectives.

Requirements:

- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales 4-5 years of sales or related market/business experience is must.

- Candidates should have one of the followings: NON BE MBA with consumer banking experience OR BE, MBA without banking experience

- Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus: Banking,

Fintech industry

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency desired.

- MBA from top 10 management school . Engineering from top 10 engineering institute

- Willing to travel - domestic and international.
