Business Development Manager - Exports - FMCG

Leading FMCG company is hiring for a senior role in Business Development for Exports. Candidates with at least 7 years experience in Business Development need apply.

Main Duties and Functions:

- Managing and building business in various countries in South Asia.

- Achieving the top line targets for these countries

- Managing distributors locally in the assigned countries

- Understanding respective legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for export / import, Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the assigned countries

- Launch of new products

- Responsible for coverage and prescription generation from health care practitioners

- Managing and developing key opinion leaders.

- Responsible for planning sales targets and incentives

- Coordinating with the marketing team in terms of execution of strategies

- Responsible for identifying training needs for the sales and medical channel team members
