Business Development Manager/Executive - KPO/IT/BPO Solutions

Hiring for Client (KPO & IT solutions).

Designation : BDM/ BDE

Location : Pune (Pashan Hwy Side Rd)

Experience : 4 to 11 Years

CTC offered : Depends upon Calibre

Qualification : Graduation in any discipline, MBA would be a plus.

Company Profile/ Industry :

- We provide KPO & IT solutions to varied business verticals including BFSI, Healthcare, Market Research and Publishing.

Note : No transport available

- Should be flexible (include night shift) to work in US and UK timings as the interaction will be with international clients.

- The candidates should have pure BPO background that have sourced back office projects and having good contacts.

Desired Profile for BDM/BDE :

- At least 4 to 6 years of business development experience, last 3 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO industry

- Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycle

- Proven sales track record with a minimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from US &/or European clients

- Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services

- Established network and contacts in the industry

- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as SalesForce, ZOHO, etc

Job Description/job Responsibilities :

- Business development for Company's service offerings in the US, European markets

- Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospecting through closure.

- Farm existing accounts.

- Achieving the revenue targets.

- Actively engage in social media marketing to promote Company's service offerings.
