What you will do:
- You will be pivotal to our operations and deployment team by helping build an extensive network of E-pumps that unlock 15-min rapid charging across the country.
Responsibilities:
Core Sales/ BD:
- Responsible for acquiring business from Aggregators and 3PL's, B2B and, B2C Logistics Operators.
- Track opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Create the right ecosystem for the adoption of the right product solution and set support systems and thus establishing a profitable value proposition.
- Ensure good relationships and ensure sustainable operation in the network of the customers.
- Reporting to the Lead Deployment
Customer management:
- Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, elevated level of service.
- Must develop long-term relationships with customers and develop trust as a partner.
- Gather product and market intelligence for improvement of the product and operations.
The ideal candidate requires:
- Structured problem solving, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude.
- Proven working experience in Sales/ Business Development.
- Basic financial knowledge to work with clients.
- Market knowledge in Logistics/ SCM. An added advantage for exposure in EVs, Energy, & CVs.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language; Communication and negotiation skills
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
- People management and ability to build rapport
- Ability to work with senior management teams of organizations.
