Job Description:


 - The role is of a Business Development Manager for an organization in Electronics & Aerodrone Camera Gadgets. They are setting up the business in India and are working towards building the retail & e-commerce channels for their portfolio of products.


Client Details

Our client is a listed organization on the Singapore Exchange and is one of the largest players in Aerodrone camera gadgets and electronics. They have different businesses in lifestyle, real estate, consumer durables and electronics.

Description

The role reports in to the CEO of the organization and would be responsible for:

- Focusing on identifying new opportunities and then rapidly growing lifestyle & consumer electronics products sales to meet agreed business targets

- Growing sales of lifestyle products, select consumer electronics and lifestyle devices in South East Asia


- Initial focus is on growing lifestyle & consumer electronics Sales on the market of India, with existing and new customers to achieve business plans 


Nice to have:


- Developing and supporting execution of key strategic initiative to establish a sector-focused business for lifestyle & consumer electronics


- Managing the relationship with the existing distributors to find the good balance and collaboration between distributor channel and other various sales channels (online & offline channel partners) to optimise revenue


- Working towards competitive analysis and reporting periodically


- Analysing business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve sales and profitability


Profile

The candidate should have:

- 8-10 years of sales or BD experience in our target territories

- Familiar with channel partners in India and South East Asia for lifestyle consumer electronics;


- Ideally, has sold to institutional buyers, so understands the BD and sales cycle and has access that can be leveraged


- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills


- Willing to travel to related markets in Asia
