Business Development Manager
Key responsibilities :
- Responsible of Marketing plan and operations for the region.
- Preparation of region's monthly, half-yearly & yearly marketing plan.
- Marketing Budget management and implementation.
- Identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific products.
- Design and execution of a communication strategy.
- Proactively offer strategic campaign recommendations.
- Ability to present reporting and analysis of campaign performance
- Fully understand business objectives (e.g. generate walk-ins/ leads/sign-ups, increase sales for key products etc) and be able to translate this into traffic strategy and action plans
- Tracking of conversions of leads generated through various campaigns.
- Exposure to tools and techniques of online traffic generation. (Display, SEO, PPC, email, etc)
- Build and manage database of potential students and counselling prospective students.
- Creation of a set of company product presentations for BD team within branding guidelines.
- Developing business through Institutional tie- ups with colleges and schools. Negotiation and finalizing deal with the academic institutions and nurturing the alliances.
- Ensuring local level direct marketing activities implementation.
- Participate and carry out seminars, workshops and other BTL activities.
- Competitor Analysis and benchmarking
- Responsible for availability of Brochures and marketing material.
- Daily administration of the marketing function and management and support to the BD team
- Ensure skill development of self and team on product offering on a periodical basis.
- Collaborate with management, operations, accounts and external stake holders.
