Business Development Manager - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
A growing Dubai based E-Commerce startup is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Dubai to develop business and join a fast paced team. This managerial position requires the right candidate to identify potential leads and design the entire sales process in order to effectively bring in new business.
Some responsibilities will include:
Spearhead strategic initiative to penetrate and increase market share in the UAE; ensure calculative measures and research about products and feedback when launching new products
Develop new Business Relationships in B2B Network of Salons, Distributors, Pharmacy & Department Stores
Working with suppliers to improve sales, grow selection, and ensure contract terms are met.
Working with the team to identify gaps in the current selection
Manage the day-to-day relationships with distributors and develop strategies to maximize these relationships through data analysis, performance tracking, and other activities
Manage all aspects of the client relationship, represent the company with partners, and work with all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, smart implementation, and execution
Prepare Weekly Sales Reports for B2B & Website & submit them to Management for weekly review
Deliver suitable solutions, forecast & quantitative results in pipelines, bookings, revenue as part of a structured management system to ensure the best results for marketing campaigns.
Widened networks and increased partner's coverage on new markets, emerging product lines and solutions
Criteria/Skills
3 + years of experience in Business development, channel management and account management
FMCG (personal care & cosmetics) experience is essential
E-commerce Business Development would be an added advantage
Excellent analytical and influencing skills
