Organization: A SaaS cyber security platform Roles & Responsibilities: - Individual contributor - Direct responsibility for sales revenue and key objectives. - Own the complete sales cycle - The potential possibility to extend the role into a Team Leader based on outcomes - Build a trusted advisor relationship with your customers, including building relationships with the key contacts and customer executive team - Collaborate effectively with sales engineering, business development, marketing, and product teams to build a pipeline - Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers that may arise - Responsible to strategize, execute and review assigned territories/accounts strategy. Skills and Experience: - 6 to 12 Years of experience in Direct Selling - At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Cyber Security sales experience - Experience in having sold VA/PT, Red teaming or Security Testing products shall be highly preferred - At least 3 - 5 years of experience relevant to the territory/market for this position - Account planning and execution and the ability to network with all levels in an organization - Value-based solution selling ability and understanding of ROI and cost/benefit analysis - Consistent track record of over achievement, exceeding quota, and high performance - Excellent communication, negotiations and strategic thinking skills - Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, high performer who can work with minimal oversight to get the job done - Eagerness to be a part of a small, dynamic and agile start-up organization that encourages its team members to learn and grow - Flexible to travel
