About the Role
We are looking for growing our Business Development Team with BDM (12+ years of experience) and Sr. BDM (15+ years of experience) to join our team to drive growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities - BDM | Sr. BDM
- New Customer Acquisition in the enterprise space
- Meet sales targets, month on month
- Coordinate with relevant teams for addressing RFP's, delivery and all other touch-points for a seamless onboarding of customers.
- Good understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications/ collaboration technology/ Telecom technologies/ workflow technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated individual with high energy, resilience, and appetite for failure/rejections
Profile Requirements
Basic criteria
- Experience of min 12-18 years
- Must have Enterprise/Corporate sales background
- Understanding of industry verticals/domain - with prior experience of interacting with C-suite executives in at least one industry domain
- Experience in Tech/SaaS companies with Voice background preferred
- Proficiency in using Linkedin/Apollo and other professional networking platforms.
Preferred Industry: Experience of selling to enterprise customers,Tech/SaaS companies with voice background

- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate(Engg degree / MBA preferred)
- Skills: Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Enterprise sales

- Desirable : Professional Certification in S&M | BDM from leading Business Schools.
