Job Description - As Business Development Manager based out of Gurgaon, the candidate will be actively promoting a leading Competitive English Language test sales to all key segments with a major focus on bulk voucher sales to immigration consultants, Training centers & Test Preparation Partners, Study Overseas Counsellors/Consultants and Guide Publishers .

Description
- Understanding and documenting organisational and business structure of the product offering and other competitive product lines which drive English Language tests in the country
- Identify large training partners with potential to drive test volumes by embedding the test tracks in the curriculum to increase train-to-test ratio
- Identify large immigration Consultants for evangelising certifications and promoting adoption by the student & faculty in these institutions
- Identifying influencing and deciding elements in each market segment mentioned above with respect to testing requirements and drive bulk volume sales.
- Working with Channel and Account Management team to put in place the enablers based on agreed and committed time-lines that will enable revenue generation
- Identifying and overcoming obstacles to target volume achievement
- Understanding business needs and building the case for incremental certification programs to be adopted by the key accounts
- Organize and participate in events, seminars, job fairs and industry events to advocate value of certifications to drive adoption amongst various target groups
Profile
- Around 5+ years of experience in sales or new business development with a superior track record in new account wins and channel sales enablement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to work with diverse levels of a prospect's personnel
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects.
- Determine short-term and long-term priorities and accurate sales forecasting within the marketplace(s) covered.
- Possess the ability to rapidly identify and act on prospects' and partners' needs and issues.
- Customer service orientation - work to remove barriers to top-notch customer service, and respond to prospects with appropriate sense of urgency.
- B Tech + MBA is desirable.
