- Qualification : Any Graduate /MBA or Equivalent preferred
- Exp. : 7-10 Years
- Age : 32-35 Years
- Must have an Excellent Communication and strong presentability
Role : Channel + Project Sales
- To do concept selling and tap potential HNI customers through Architect, Designer, Dealers etc.
- To promote entire range of luxurious/premium Brand.
- To achieve defined sales target as per Business Plan
- To keep updated data of Senior Architect,Designer & Specifier.
- To develop strong relation with Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit,courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
- To identify Foreign Architect and Designer working for projects in assigned area
- To build relation with Foreign Architect and Designer and give detailed product presentation to them
- To organize Architect meet keeping in mind brand promotion
- To develop a plan to have periodic meeting with Architect keeping in view to build their loyalty towards the brand
- To visit premium dealer and take probable leads for Sales generation
- To take corrective action whenever needed
- To organize and conduct team training as and when needed
- To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in Building industry
