Business Development Manager - Cement (5-10 yrs)
Responsible to generate the business for captive batching plants in South for the requirements on the infra-structure segment namely - ports, concrete roads, power plant, industrial projects, dams etc...and generate enquires from the major construction companies which are working on the infra segments. After generating enquiries, submit proposal & to convert the enquiries into order.
He will also be responsible for the P&L of the project and recruit & develop a team to operate the projects . (overall responsibility of the project).
An Engineer preferably Civil with construction industry back ground and association with the concrete part like say admixtures, Quality Control etc..
Graduate in civil engg. With min. 4-5 years of relevant experience in concrete ( or a diploma in civil engg. With 8-10 years of relevant experience )
Should know south languages (either Telugu, Tamil or Kannada ( Malyalam is as added qualification ))
Willing to travel to the various project locations spread across the state ( which could be A.P, Karnataka or Tamil Nadu )
