Business Development Manager - BPO (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong seasoned track record in Services sales and business development, specifically within the BPO industry for US market/UK market/ India Market. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a work-from-office, 5-days-a-week role in our headquarters in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive annual new revenue growth, achieve FTE targets and improve bottom line growth

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients of all sizes in the BPO market. Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers through consistent networking

- Manage the entire sales cycle, starting from lead generation and demand generation, until the closure of contracts. This includes building a quality lead database, client profiling and due diligence, persuasive periodic interactions & presentations, RFP / RFI / RFQ submissions & Bid Defence, SLA and pricing negotiations and related work at every stage of the BD cycle.

- Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet client SOW expectations and are competitive in the market.

- Own monitoring and reporting on sales cycle performance and provide insights for course correction that are in sync with market trends.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients, and create tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs

- Have a strong network of contacts within the BPO industry to provide market intelligence and insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA degree is preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the BPO industry

- Business development experience with International Clients, offshoring & onshoring models specifically from US market

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of using sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Salesforce & CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel as needed
