Business Development Manager - BFSI Domain

Our Client is one of the worlds largest independent Quality Assurance Providers, headquartered in Mumbai, India. We help provide Quality Engineering & Assurance, Digital Solutions, Behavioral Science & Trend Analytics, DevOps, Cloud & Advance Automation Services to250+ Clients around the world, across various verticals and geographies.

Key Responsibility Areas -

- Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across Industrial sectors in the NCR / North India region

- Manage set of Clients for Sales

- Work with the service lines across company to do value-based selling and grow the organisation footprint

- Act as the SPOC for your clients in industrial sector for future business and relationship management

- Identify and drive white space growth for the region

- Manage CXO relations at your clients

Prior Experience, Certification & Education

- 6-8+ years of experience in hunting across technologies and industries in North India

- Expertise in penetrating into new accounts

- Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagements.

- Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda

- Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience

- Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations

- Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology and digital

- Prior experience in technologies like Digital / Custom and Mobile Application, IOT, application Management / IOT/ Blockchain/ AI / Analytics from a Quality Assurance perspective
