One of our client a leading BPO services Company is looking for Business Development Leader.
Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years
Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Pune/Mumbai
Job Description
- Develop & execute lead generation campaigns, using the best optimized channel mix, to support acquisition of business with targeted accounts.
- Identify and understand the business goals, objectives, key customer issues, and new initiatives of clients and prospects in order to develop the appropriate response solution
- Qualify the client's organizational structure, available budget and decision process to ensure accurate forecasts of renewal business and new business growth opportunities
- Demonstrate ability to sell high-value information services
Desired Skills
- Should have minimum 15+ years of total Experience preferably in BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to articulate a compelling message and influence, persuade and negotiate with all levels of people to achieve win-win situations
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles in conjunction with facilitation C-level meetings
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
