Position: Business Development Lead, fintech
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Strategize top of the funnel expansion and identify key channels for sourcing companies
- Generate new brand leads, identify and contact founders and build a solid top of the funnel for its RBF
- Explain RBF and products to the brands
- Act as a liaison between the brands and the internal teams to complete the investments
- Hire, train, and recruit business development team members to ensure ongoing scale for the product
- Improve brand experience.
- Ideate tech-product improvements to automate the funding application process for brands
- Implement initiatives to improve TAT for brands
- Own all the metrics that improve the brand's experience
Requirements - Must
- 6-8 years of experience in leading a team of sales/business development professionals in financial services or financial technology environment
- Experience working with fintech companies in sales/BD/growth functions
- Understanding of financials as they pertain to early-stage companies and related terminologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
