Business Development Lead - Enterprise Solutions (10-15 yrs)

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Responsible for the customer acquisition strategy for the defined sector through consultative selling and building new relationships with the Key Stakeholders/CXOs/MDs and also through nurturing existing customer relationships.

- Responsible to deliver Budgets with an expected level of gross margin for the Zone.

- Exponentially grow the top line of the business and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ Cost of servicing and overheads.

- Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level.

- Analyse performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the BD team.

- Closely monitor the region-wise daily performance through the CRM tool to evaluate customer pipeline.

- Work with the Solution Design team to customize client requirements and optimize deliverables.

- Hire, train & retain a team that is customer-centric and has a consultative selling approach.

- Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will increase the company's - share of wallet- in the warehousing and logistics industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Qualifications :

- BE with MBA (full time) with 10-15 years of BD experience B2B Enterprise Solution Sales domain

- Expertise in Enterprise Solution Selling to clients

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in evolving and driving B2B Solution Sales strategy

- Proficiency in consultative selling and building new relationships with the Key Stakeholders/CXOs/MDs and through nurturing existing customer relationships.

- Commercial Acumen
