Hiring for a Brand Licensing Company Job Description: - Identify brands and strategize an outreach plan to connect with Brand Managers across the Kids Entertainment Industry, Fashion and Lifestyle segments - Interact with Brands on a regular basis and make them part of our portfolio - Strategize high-value services that can be offered under the brand - Create opportunities and guide the executive team to manage their pipeline and follow-ups based on the interest shown by the brands - Engage with Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers and Brands to understand the positioning and licensing opportunities for each of our portfolio brands Job Requirements: - Someone with 6+ years of experience in Brand Sales/Ad Sales or a similar offering in the creative industry (TV channel, OTT, etc.) - Must have prior experience in leading Business Development initiatives with revenue generation and P&L management experience - Track record of setting and achieving revenue targets in each of their previous roles - Someone who comes with a network and brand relationships with the possibility of opening more doors for brand licensing services - Excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch high-value services with large ticket sizes
