Business Development Head - IT Consulting (6-13 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the world of resource augmentation business.

3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

6. Keep records of sales, revenue, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirement :

1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales or a relevant role

2. Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

3. Proficiency in English

4. Communication and negotiation skills

5. Ability to build rapport

6. Time management and planning skills
