The Team

Versor is looking to hire a business development analyst to join our Business Development group. The group works with clients in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia to provide solutions to achieve their investment objectives. Currently the firm manages capital from a client base that includes a cross-section of the world's largest institutional investors, such as public and corporate pension funds, global consultants and foundations and endowments.

About the Role

- Development and responding to Client RFP's and DDQ's.

- Responding to Client requests for data and materials.

- Developing marketing materials on a regular basis.

- Working on customized presentations for clients.

- Updating consultant databases.

- Documenting client interactions on Sales Force.

- Measure analytics around client interactions.

- Automation of analytics and marketing materials.

- Project management and maintenance of client portal.

What You'll Bring

Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities and possess strong analytical skills. Versor seeks candidates with a common set of abilities - highly motivated and creative individuals who have demonstrated academic achievement and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. - MBA in Marketing or Sales (CFA a plus).

- 0-2 years of experience.

- A driven individual with a strong sense of personal integrity.

- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.

- An enthusiastic team member who collaborates well with others and builds strong working relationships.

- An articulate communicator who also recognizes the importance of listening.

- Experienced across Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

- Individual experience in salesforce (or other CRMs), email marketing and digital marketing will be a plus.

- Resilient, flexible, open to feedback and focused on achieving excellence.

- Client-focused and committed to developing creative solutions.

- Highly consultative approach, committed to educating prospective investors as part of the process.

- Polished individual with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Highest integrity and ethics.
