We have an urgent job opening for Business Development & Partnership with EV Industry.

Location : Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Sales Leadership: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our battery swapping solutions.

Take ownership of the complete sales cycle.

- Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.

- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.

- Source partnerships with demand aggregation partners, EV OEMs and other industry players to enhance sales and business growth

Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of work experience (prior experience in EV industry if preferred)

- Proven success in closing high ticket B2B sales and partnerships

- Proven business acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solution as per the client's need

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Outstanding organizational, team and time management abilities.

- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and take up new challenges
