Business Developer - Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)

Job description:

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

It is essential to have B2B sales development experience in North American market. To start with, the leads you bring in will be closed by experienced closers in the team. If you perform well, you will be ramped up to end-to-end lead management - from generation to closing - within 3 months.

Responsibilities:

1) Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers

2) Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

3) Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

4) Constantly refine the customer acquisition strategy of the organization and figure out customer segments that have recurring contracts.

5) Identify and reach out to warm connections and take focused action to convert leads- to customers.

6) Support and lead marketing efforts for customer acquisition- . Ideate and execute outreach campaigns. Research and produce quality content - blogs, case studies, etc.

7) Handle customer invoicing, legal and accounting.

8) Support operations team to ensure seamless completion of assignments. Create processes to help scale operations.

9) Identify partnership opportunities

10) Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand

11) Think critically when planning to assure project success

12) Constantly refine the customer acquisition strategy of the organization and figure out customer segments that have recurring contracts

13) Design high-quality presentations, proposals and other documents to solve business problems linked to SiteRecon

Required Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field

2) At least 3 years' of sales work experience and at least 2 years of B2B sales development experience in North American market

3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

5)Traits: Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, social, energetic, persuasive, patient, and hard-working

Salary package-

Salary - INR 8-12 lakhs

Incentive - 5% of revenue from leads generated, 10% for end-to-end
