Business Delivery Owner (Delivery Head) - Operations

- Manage and contribute to the delivery of all group services in order to meet business objectives

- Service Delivery Management, People Management, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Transition Management, Vendor Creation and Maintenance, Spend Analysis

- Provide single point of contact for the client account leadership and the client for the Operations contract, generating new opportunities through various client contacts

- Accountable for client satisfaction, performance delivery, and successful external audits

- Set client expectations in conjunction with the client account leadership and manage the expectations

- Working closely with Delivery Manager to define scope, identify Services required & manage his/her deliverables

- Contribute to development plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

- Coach and mentor employees while focusing on continuous performance improvement

- Regularly communicates progress and status to group head, identifying impacts to project deadlines and schedules

- Understands and is competent in full range of techniques for eliciting business requirements, and demonstrates ability to select and utilize most effective approach for each requirements gathering assignment

- Balance the customer's requirements to ensure that the value of the project is realized. Clearly understand, articulate and document existing "as-is" systems & business architecture and define a strategy for "to-be" architecture.

- To ensure that all the operations in the group are going on smoothly and providing troubleshooting solutions whenever there is a problem in running the business.

- Focuses on continuous service and cost improvement.

- Provides strategic direction to managers and supervisors for anticipating staffing requirements.

- Ensures that all employees are adequately trained and qualified before being placed on Floor

- Ensures overall operation at maximum standards for the floor, quality, and attendance.

- Leads the activities for Inbound and Outbound, and to meet/exceed customer service level requirements.

- This role ensures continuous improvement through pro-active leadership and development of direct reports and is responsible for running a cost-effective operation staying within budgetary guidelines.

- Works closely with management staff to establish priorities for the available workforce and ensures proper execution.

- Regularly interacts with the floor to understand and meet/exceed service requirements.

- Provides strategic direction to managers and supervisors for anticipating staffing requirements.

- Ensures that all employees are adequately trained and qualified before being placed on floor

- Must have strong experience in Operations management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects concurrently.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

1. BE/ MBA or Graduate with 20 Plus years of experience in the Operations Field - Recruitment/ Staffing or ITES/BPO Industries with Strong communication skills -Able to communicate effectively on technical and business issues (internal and external).

2. Strong people management and technical skills.

3. Innovative thinker - able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions.

4. Excellent time management skills.

5. Flexible but methodical and thorough approach - process oriented. Solid leadership skills are essential, able to communicate ideas to the technical staff, business users and the other stakeholders with equal clarity.

6. Build trust-based relationship/client-centric

7. Focus on teaming and collaboration

8. Passion for business development

9. Lead and develop the Account Delivery Team

10. Drive the succession plan and talent management for the Account Delivery Team

11. Lead the Account Delivery Team and support functions

12. Strong leadership and motivational ability.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Ability to develop and manage operating and capital budgets.- Strong time management skills
