Business & Data Integrator - Pharma (5-10 yrs)

Required Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business management, mathematics, or data sciences, master's degree preferred.

- 5+ years' experience in pharma sales / commercial operations.-

- 5+ years' experience with project management- and multi-stakeholder communication

- Strong business analysis skillset related to IT Solution portfolio and / or prior experience within

- Experience working with business partners in multiple affiliates.

- Strong communications and change management skills

- Ability to use analytics driving to meaningful insights that can directly influence leadership decisions

- Experience with Agile and/or SAFE

- Experience or understanding of using cloud based services and tools

Essential Skills:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology

- Strong Problem-solving skills, project management and communication skills is a must

- Data analytics and quantitative skills is a must.

- Good understanding of data science (AI/ML) to help meet the business capability.

- Good knowledge of data engineering concepts

- Good understanding of technologies like (Data Lake, data warehousing) and AWS ecosystem know-how

- Good learning ability regarding technologies and business processes

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork

- Data query skills and basic programming skills: SQL, Python....
