We work with fmcg, durables, automobiles, building materials and Pharma industries. We work on areas in operational strategy and execution in sales and marketing. - We are looking at a new position of a Business Data Analyst to support the top management team in providing data analysis and insights on business data. - We would prefer women candidates based in Gurgaon with minimum experience of 1-2 years and max experience of 3-4 years, who have worked on data analysis, visualization and PowerPoint presentation. - If you are not based in NCR or looking for WFH then please do not apply, this position requires you to be in office post the pandemic. Package CTC - 25,000 to - 30,000/mth maximum depending on profile and experience. - Qualification: Grad/ Post Grad in Statistics, Data Management, economics, MBA-finance/data with GPA&gt; 8 or Grad/ Post grad score &gt;65%. Freshers should not apply. - Skills: Expertise in Advanced excel, PowerPoint, preferably Power BI or other visualization tools as well as good in English. We are expecting a high level of proficiency on the above which will need to be displayed during the interview and have certification as well as experience. - Experience: Should have the ability to analyse data and present it well. Ability to understand and analyse sales and marketing data for b2c companies. Prefer people from consulting, consumer research background. - Role: The candidate would be supporting the management consultants and partners with data analysis, presentation and coordination. - Would be expected to independently do analysis of data and well as visualise the same using tools like power BI. The candidate has to be strong in advanced excel and would be required to also make presentations on powerpoint. In cases may have to do sentiment analysis on internal research data. Knowledge of Python would be preferred. - People who have worked in similar roles with consulting companies will be preferred.
