Business Data Analyst

Job description :

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise efficiency and data quality.

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

- Work with management to prioritise business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Job Requirement :

- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst ( Dash board creation, process mapping)

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Skills set :

- Must have worked on Power BI Tools.

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and quantitative skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Excellent at data comprehension and analytical problem-solving

- Must have the ability to work on data management and visualisation tools ( available tools in market are Power BI, Tableau, click sense etc- )

- Ability to take direction and work independently

- Having proven track record & 7-10 years experience in working capacity of strategic analysis in retail Industry

Compensation : 16 to 18 Lacs Per Annum
