Job description:

Looking for an SME credit specialist.

Position deliverables :

- Define the product and processes to enable lending to SMEs

- Enter into and manage partnership and alliances

- Driving the credit appraisal, decisioning and disbursement

- Manage field investigation and audit agencies

- Monitoring the portfolio

- Over time, building a team that expands this activity

Must haves :

- An MBA/ CA with 2- 5 years of experience

- Done SME credit for a leading bank or NBFC for at least 2 years

- Hands-on and good inter-personal skills, with an outgoing attitude

- Attention to detail and accuracy
