Business Controller - CA/MBA/ICWA

Establish and maintain business plans, profitability and prepare budgets for different business segments ;

- Prepare Company's financial budgets and variance analysis;

- Contract reviews and contract pricing.

- Analyze business processes, develop and suggest cost saving modules

- Review and analysis of Projects Cost periodically with Budgets

- Prepare and manage Product and process costing module and reporting to HQ

- Arranging meeting of Board of Directors and Shareholders

- Sole responsibility of maintaining statutory records and compliances for various applicable laws and regulations.

- Assisting for statutory audit, transfer pricing, Income tax and Insurance matters
