Job Description :
- As the Business Controller for International Division, you will be responsible for interacting with various internal stakeholders to make crucial decisions with regards to pricing, sales impact, minimising plant wastages, business partnering and credit control.

Our client is an established MNC player in the packaging manufacturing industry. They have various business divisions. They are now looking for a strategic individual to control their international business operations.
Description :
As the Business Controller for International Division, you would be reporting to the Head of International Division, with a dotted line reporting to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate for the division the statutory accounts, statutory auditors and internal auditors co-ordination, Corporate MIS, Tax Audit, compliance with accounting standards & corporate laws relevant for accounting, Board & audit committee reports preparation
2. Set up systems to ensure that effective financial & internal controls are in place in accordance with the corporate guidelines
3. Guide & train plant accounts teams to ensure that reliable financial results & MIS are released within the targeted time-frame
4. Preparation & consolidation of Budgets for the division
5. Analysis of budget and variances, current and past trends
6. Preparation of monthly & quarterly standard MIS, reviewing & reporting
7. Preparing business case and evaluation of strategic capex proposals
8. Evaluation of capex plans and control viz-a-viz budget
9. Monthly and Quarterly reporting of product margins, costing & inventory valuation
Profile :
- As the successful candidate, you are a CA or MBA Finance with 6-10 years of post qualification experience in business controlling or business finance in a manufacturing setup.
- You have a good knowledge of decentralised & centralised accounting set ups with exposure to both plant accounting & corporate accounts in an ERP system.
