Business Controller - AMEA Region - Services Setup - CA (7-12 yrs)
Role - Business Controller AMEA Region - Services Setup (CA with 7 to 12 Yrs Exp)
Location - Delhi NCR
As Business Controller AMEA the individual will manage a high growth environment in 16 countries across Africa, Middle East and Asia. The Individual will report to the Divisional Controller and liaise on a frequent basis with Country Controllers in 16 countries to ensure correct and timely reporting both locally and to the Group. The individual will also be responsible for developing the core financial processes and actively support management in their decision making.
Key Responsibilities -
- Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of financial policies and guidelines
- Responsible for the administration of Organisations AMEA support center and other divisional entities
- Support the business strategy by project budgeting and follow-up
- Support in periodic divisional financial closing and business plan process
- Coordinate and be the link between Organisations HQ and the AMEA - countries on miscellaneous matters
Qualifications & Skills -
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
- Minimum 7+ years- experience on the field of finance
- Consolidation experience in a publicly listed company
- Business support, cash flow and cost management
- Preferably working experience with top 4 audit firm
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
