Business Consultant - SAP S4 Hana

Job description :

The successful candidate shall possess:

Overall experience of 4+ years, with multiple years of consulting experience (preferably top-tier) in SAP driven transformation skills in the Lifesciences, Retail, Manufacturing or Energy verticals

Experience in industry and a proven track record of leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Must have experience in S/4 Program management and/ or hands on experience on implementation of 2-3 S/4 HANA process areas (such as record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to make etc.)

Experience of supporting complex programs across work-streams, setting priorities, managing and monitoring schedules, developing relevant tools and templates

Experience in developing proposals, building tools and accelerators for S4/ HANA projects

The Job :

Be responsible for the value delivery of the transformation initiatives our clients in the respective industry verticals.

Depending upon role and experience, serve as a trusted business advisor to the client to Team member/ Leader on SAP product enabled transformations engagements for clients.

Serve as a team member/ Track Lead on S4 consulting engagements for clients.

Be a part of large-scale projects through the full lifecycle working along with the various delivery teams

Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants

Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.

Appreciation and understanding of Disruptive digital technologies
