Business Consultant - Data Science - Life Sciences (2-11 yrs)

The Job :
We are looking for Consultants and Sr. Consultants for the Life Sciences & Healthcare Analytics team proficient in applied machine learning, optimization, statistical modelling techniques in relevant problem areas such as NLP, clustering, time series analysis, recommendation engine etc. They should be industry experts that lead complex change agendas driven by disruptive technology.
Your Profile :
- Engineering Graduates/B.Stats or MCA/Masters (MBA/Statistics/Computer Science) graduates with minimum 2 years of experience with hands -on programming in a modern scientific language (e.g., Python, Matlab, R) and experience with either TensorFlow, Spark CNN and RNN.
Required Skills :
- Experience of working with at least one of the following cloud service providers - Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud
- Experience in exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to identify patterns.
- Experience in working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J), ETL/ELT tools
- Familiarity with Data Visualization/BI Tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and/or Google Analytics
- Ability to interpret and explain model predictions and insights to varied audience.
Consulting Skills :
- Worked in high pressure, global delivery, and fast paced environment.
- Experience of leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction.
- Clear communications (oral and verbal), stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills, good at developing and presenting findings and recommendations from analysis.
Good to Have Skills :
- Awareness of key Global Healthcare trends esp. US and European markets
- Experience in Clinical Analytics, R&D Analytics, Payer Analytics, Prescriber Analytics, Sales Force Analytics (Call Planning/Targeting/Segmentation/Alignment), Marketing Analytics, Supply chain Analytics, Market Access Analytics etc.
- Experience/exposure in Data Quality, Data Migration, Data Governance and Master Data Management
- Exposure to systems like SFMC, Alteryx, Veeva etc. and datasets like IQVIA, Prometrics, SHA, Flatiron, EvaluatePharma, DRG etc.
