One of our clients, a global consulting firm is wanting to explore the business opportunities in the BFSI Data Analytics space. They would like to engage a seasoned expert in the Data Analytics in the Banking domain to undertake a study to find out business potential and market size. Study of the lay of the land technology consulting / staff augmentation with Global Banks Global Capability Centres (GCCs)/Hubs in India. This would involve the following : Market Landscape : Landscape of Data Analytics related work performed and what skills are sought after (i.e Are these domain / function specific skills or generic technical skills?) Buying patterns : Are they considering 3rd party partners for staff augmentation and if so in what ratio? Does this require global empanelment or local agreements Opportunity size : For GCCs leveraging 3rd party partners, what are the types and volume of techno / functional skills required at present, short term and medium term? Is the opportunity sizeable? The right person will be some one who has handled roles at least CXO level in Insurance companies or someone who has setup and run the GCCs / Hubs for global banks in India.
