Business Consultant - BPMN - Insurance - IIM/XLRI/IIT/NIT/BITS (6-12 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities Overview :
- Proficient in Thai language.
- Research, analyze, and present data as assigned to the unstructured business problems
- Gather process understanding, lay out process maps and identify scope of improvements that is in line with client's strategic goals (across verticals like Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Claims)
- Create data-driven analysis and recommendations that effectively influence business decisions
- Develop necessary recommendations and perform critical steps for data preparation and further analysis
- Generate business insights by preparing various visualizations using tools like Power Bi/Tableau, Think Cell and present recommendations using Powerpoint
- Prepare detailed documentation of models, visualizations and compelling stories to tell using data and make oral presentations to various stakeholders
- Assist in learning and development of new team members
- Critically examine and deep dive into analysis and enhance per the recommendations
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in various internal business development aspects by conducting market research and liaising with various SMEs
- Continuously monitor current state of work, perform retrospectives and keep on a look out for improvement areas
- Design current state process (BPMN) to help teams understand the business requirements of a given capability
- Owns design of future "best-in-class" processes (BPMN) and operationalize them via the most optimum operating model
- Responsible for identifying market-specific sub-processes and processes, and recommend integration solutions in support of underlying technology development
- Support the Global Business Enablement Lead act as a global custodian of process reuse playbook standards
- Advocate for the process perspective to key stakeholders and partners (e.g., Chief Product Owner, Global Product Managers, Global Applications team)
- Develop a process maturity framework and assess process landscape to determine process readiness, working with the Global Readiness Lead (part of Global Business Agility)
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, MBA, candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
- 5+ years' experience in insurance analytics/consulting, business strategy and development
- Strong and in-depth understanding of Insurance value chain and various aspect of insurance business with a strong firm in statistical concepts, Data analysis and consulting using analytics driven approach to business problems
- Project Management Certifications like PMP, Prince2 etc is desirable
- Lead and coach a team of transformation and process experts to support the above work
- Strong BPMN, Signavio/SAP Process Manager, Insurance business knowledge and experience working with agile methodology
- Ability to work with multi-cultural teams (East and West Regions - Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia)
- Prior experience in managing and delivering on end to end projects, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering by ensuring quality commitments
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
- Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
