Business Brand Manager - Private Label

The incumbent will be responsible for owning P&L for the private label category in alignment with business goals. The Business Brand Manager would be responsible for the revenue targets as well as the gross margins. You will be responsible for merchandising, assortment planning, option plans pre-season as well as in season to ensure that the Category is well represented.

- You should be able to fruitfully coordinate with marketing, supply chain, cataloguing, finance / commercial and other functions of the organization.

- You will analyze the category performance, consumer trends, and competitive product offerings in terms of packaging features, benefits, and price points to define innovation possibilities.

- You will design & implement an innovation process and build a steady pipeline of new products for company's business growth across categories of interest.

- You will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, P&L, NPD and pricing and margins across all new products

- You will work with external agencies to come up with the design, creative, and content

- 7+ years of experience managing private labels.

- Candidates with understanding of consumer trends, products marketing function, brand strategy, innovation, and overall marketing operations (preferably in the personal care/wellness/healthcare space)

- Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving



- Should be good at multitasking, critical thinking, and comfortable with tactical execution




- Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems
