We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Business Banking team. Through Business Banking our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the CMB team.

Principal Responsibilities - 

- A Product Champion with primary responsibility of driving Products & Propositions - GLCM/GM/GTRF

- Responsible for driving initiatives along with Head Transaction Banking- Business Banking.

- Interpreting and using MI to identify business improvement opportunities in Business Banking.

- Actively look for initiatives/activities which can contribute towards Sales enablement to the frontline

- Reporting on the relative contribution of different populations/Regions and making recommendations to equalise contribution (eliminating Pareto), where significant variance exists

- Using a variety of tools and techniques to track and report business performance data related to RM activity.

- Providing remote support to frontline teams through the delivery of e.g. WebEx presentations and business coaching

- Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond any suggested, or prescribed, activities particular to this role

- Implement the digital initiatives for Business Banking

- Sales enablement activity of Identifying/reporting NTB performance analysis to Frontline with focus on activating clients for incremental liabilities business build up

- Exercise effective controls over HOTO (Handover takeover) process

- Review of BB P&L to ensure revenue and cost are allocated and booked in the correct income and cost streams

- Analysis of cost heads, monitoring and control.

- Tracking revenue performance of BB RM's

- Work with stakeholders INM CMB Finance and FCD to ensure revenue mapping.

- Drive the Marketing activities & work closely with frontline on execution of IM engagement plan. Key for achieving BB's Transaction Banking strategy.

- Monthly updation of the RM Master to record correct revenues

- Mapping of income

- Support business requirement with respect to various MIS requirements involving FEX Flows, submission of SUI / CTB changes, JL performance dashboard

- Monitoring RM portfolio and conducting necessary and periodic analytics

Qualifications/Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Business Banking

- Proven experience of working effectively with, and a detailed knowledge of the bank's IT systems, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Group Intranet etc.

- Ability to work with large data sets.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon communication (verbal and written)

- Good planning, out of the box thinking and organisational skills with good attention to detail

- Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to change to meet changing demands and opportunity

- Past experience in running project/ marketing campaigns.
