Job Description:
Role/Title: Business Associate to CEO
Salary & Benefits: Commensurate with experience
Location: Noida
About Role:
We are looking for a highly capable and performance-driven Executive Assistant to provide
comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational discipline,
strong business judgement, and the ability to operate with speed and precision in a high-
demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Prioritize and manage information flow; act as a gatekeeper to the CEO.
- Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and meeting materials with strong attention to
detail.
- Anticipate needs proactively and ensure the CEO is prepared for all engagements.
- Track and follow up on key decisions, action items, and ongoing initiatives.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and
discretion.
Business Operations & Project Coordination:
- Support business initiatives by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare business summaries or recommendations.
- Assist in planning and execution of cross-functional projects and operational
improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of action
items.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external
stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring accurate routing and timely
responses.
- Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership offsites, including
agenda planning and minutes documentation.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, clients, and senior leaders.
Business & Strategic Support:
- Conduct background research and prepare summaries, pre-reads, and analytical briefs.
- Anticipate executive needs, identify operational gaps, and propose solutions.
- Assist with KPI tracking, dashboards, and business performance updates.
- Support strategic planning cycles, annual budgeting coordination, and operational
reviews.
- Drive efficiency and process improvements in executive operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years supporting C-level executives or senior leaders.
- Experience in investment banking, financial services, or consulting preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight
deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information quickly.
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation.
- High proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and modern productivity tools.
