Business Architect/Product Leader  Job Description-  Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) assigned to this position is expected to have the proven experience and knowledge on the Wealth Management market preferable - Canadian Wealth Management Market.  Successful candidates will have hands on experience with Wealth Advisory, Front Office servicing and Back Office Operations and working knowledge of Wealth asset, services and customer segments. They will also have familiarity with Wealth pricing to the customer and operations costing.   Successful Candidates must understand and have demonstrated knowledge of the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the Banking & Financial Markets industry. They are expected to identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development of solutions. They will have the necessary understanding of emerging trends in Wealth management market and is able to propose necessary solutions to apply those to our product lines to stay competitive in the market.  They are expected to contribute to the growth of intellectual capital within the account/group and to support the development of other consultants through participation in mentoring or coaching activities.   They are expected to be experienced in the distributed Agile way of working.  Core Skills:  - 15 - 20 years of total experience.   - Should have at least 5 yrs experience in an IT Industry with Business Analysis role in the BFSI space at a senior capacity  - Should act as the first point of contact for any requirements/domain/product related queries  - Should have extensive experience in   Eliciting, Validating and Analyzing Requirements directly with clients / SMEs  Doing Market research and proposing new features for the product line  Writing and reviewing complex functional requirement documents (FRS/FRD)  Creation of user interface mock-ups/wireframes using Visio, PPT, MSPaint or any other tool  Utilizing Use Case concepts and flow-diagrams to enhance the understandability of functional requirement documents  Conducting requirement walk through sessions with the team  Coaching team on domain and creating more experts  - Ability to perform effective reviews to improve and control the quality of deliverables  - Very good understanding of the SDLC lifecycle including Agile.  - Should be able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details  - Is expected to impart regular functional/product training sessions  - Relevant Certifications in Wealth Management is an added plus  - Any certifications related to Canadian wealth management is an added advantage  Soft Skills:  - Should have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills  - Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills is a must have  - Should posses exceptional leadership qualities   - Should have excellent listening and interviewing skills  - Should be able to identify and analyse team's SWOT  - Should be able to mentor and guide the team from a functional perspective  - Should foster a culture of knowledge building and knowledge sharing within the team
