Business Analytics Role - NBFC (3-7 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- M.SC - Statistics, M.A - Economics
- Excellent analytics, logical, problem solving and numerical skills
- Strong knowledge of R Programing, SQL, and Matlab, Python, SPSS, SAS etc will be added as advantage
- Experience in working with large data sets and big data systems (Hadoop, Hive, etc.)
- Proven track record in building linear regression, logistic regression, time series forecasting, decision trees, clusters, and scorecards is preferred
- Expertise in Data Mining, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Regression, Logistics Regression, Segmentation, Time Series Forecasting, Market Basket Analysis, Decision Tree, CHAID, Test Mining, Hypothesis Testing, A/B Testing and Modelling
Job Description :
- Perform data analysis, understand trends and provide insights into customer behaviour and business performance to the senior team
- Develop statistical models, performance scores, business rules and help improve business numbers
- Monitor and constantly improve the design and content of the Business Intelligence portal
- Understand the analytics needs of the stakeholders, structure reports and provide detailed analysis
- Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to facilitate faster decision making, Create dashboards that are simple and intuitive to use
