Business Analytics Role - Bank

The primary focus of the role is to execute predictive model campaigns for country analytics team. The individual will be responsible for an end to end campaign execution, portfolio insights generation, lead management, campaign optimization and tracking.

More specifically :

- Campaign execution for country analytics team including lead generation

- Campaign optimization through regular tracking and insights

- Partner creating implementation plan with Project owner including models benefit

- Creation of portfolio analysis/insights for business review

- Consolidate or Track Model performance for periodic model performance assessment

- Create the technical and review documents for approval.

- Be an active member of the Business Analytics CoE

- Provide expertise and support in campaign execution for country Retail Analytics. Embed models and execution of the campaigns as per country analytics requirement.

- Client Lifecycle Management ( Acquire, Activation, Cross Sell/Up Sell, Retention & Win-back)

- Enable scientific "test and learn" for direct to client campaigns

- Support Pricing analytics and optimization

- Support Channel analytics & optimization

- Track campaign performance

- Manage and create standard datamart, MI and other retail analytics operational need

Compliance and Control

- Ensure appropriate operational procedures are in place in compliance with the Bank's strategy, branding policies and standards

- Ensure adherence of Country/Group Retail Client Analytics Governance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

A) Functional

- Tertiary qualifications (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Engineering)

- 2+ years of experience in analytics

- Good communication - Can seamlessly translate analytics outcome into business strategy and vice versa

- Mandatory Analytics application usage experience - SAS, SQL

- Mandatory Excel Knowledge

- Basic understanding of CRM principles, analytics automation, understanding of P&L and understanding of data structure (large data handling capability)

- Good PPT & Documentation Skills

B) Personal :
