Business Analyst - US Healthcare

Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience in US HealthCare

- A very thorough understanding of the US Healthcare IT and Healthcare industry stakeholders

- Good experience in MU2/MU3, HL7

- Good Knowledge of requirements for healthcare compliance: Privacy and security regulations, confidentiality, laws, access, and release of information practices.

- Good knowledge of Provider, Care Management, and Value-Based incentive model requirements preferred

- Knowledge or Experience in any EMR/EHR system is advantageous

- Problem-solving skills. Organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Manages and analyzes business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts

- Can independently facilitate user groups and drive consensus

- Ability to write detailed descriptions and analysis of user needs, business impacts, and systems functionality for software development life cycle

- Good documentation skills

- Ability to provide and review estimates at the project level

- Should be able to work independently and share learning's with fellow colleagues

- Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently
