Business Analyst - Transformation - Loans/Lending Business

Role Description :

- Act as lead point and conduct extensive global documentation searches in response to global programmes and events

- Understanding of loan products, ability to read loan documents & understand if the loan search result isn't correct from internal database, identify contracts/section of contract to be amended.

- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across user group

- Detailed business requirements analysis including; operating model definition & organisational design, business processes definition / re-engineering, controls and data mapping.

- Work with Global team to analyse and refine detailed business requirement on JIRA and exposure to Agile methodology

- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Exposure to LIBOR - and quantitative targets for reduction.

- Comprehensive analysis with Base Case for planning.

- Analyse and manage the impact of any changing requirements or scope.

Domain and Business Knowledge :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst catering to the Loan IQ vertical.

- Comprehensive experience in - Transformation / Change Management / CTB - initiatives and full project life cycle. (Must)

- Experience of working with various Development Life-cycle Methodologies

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

- Will support the Leadership Team with the future development of the project covering Stakeholder Management, Requirements Analysis, Operating Model and Process Definition, Change Management and Implementation Management activities.
